Then once you have logged into that second iPhone with an email address that is NOT associated with any other devices you can reach out to us for removal of the new account but we do not delete accounts of users who are able to access their own accounts. You don’t have to update the app, that is now a requirement for most apps and not required by us. You can restart your phone or reboot your iPhone.
